Our school is based on a family and God foundation. Our head instructor Master Larry Keen has over thirty years of experience and we train our students to be the best they can be mentally,physically,spiritually. Our students ranch from five years old and up. We train in Tae Kwon Do and Ching Sai Do, Tae Kwon Do is a well known form of art that demonstrates the ability to perform high kicking techniques. Ching Sai Do is a combat art that trains the student in all aspects of the Martial Arts it's MMA with control.
